Birth Preparation Sessions

These sessions are for women who want more than information, they want to feel emotionally, mentally, and intuitively prepared for birth, without necessarily having a doula present during labour.

Prenatal support offers a grounded space to explore fears, past experiences, expectations, and decision-making ahead of time. It’s ideal for those who feel supported in their birth setting but want dedicated time to build confidence, strengthen self-trust, and prepare emotionally for the experience of birth.

Whether this is your first baby or not, these sessions meet you where you are, helping you feel clearer, steadier, and more resourced as you approach birth, whatever it may look like.

Topics may include:

  • Debriefing previous births

  • Fear release work or exploring personal beliefs and patterns

  • Mindset work

  • Making choices after a previous difficult birth

  • Optimal Maternal Positioning techniques/pelvic balancing

  • Education on how to support physiological birth

  • Supporting your partner to feel involved, prepared, and emotionally ready

  • Birth mapping (requires a 2-3hr appointment)

    • Discuss your values and priorities for your birth experience
